1. Game Rules
The game is based exclusively on intelligence, intuition and deduction. No physical effort or violence is required to solve the puzzles. Any damage to property caused by participants will be their responsibility.
2. Number of Participants
Each room accommodates a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people at a time. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3. Code of Conduct
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the game is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
- Video recording or photography inside the rooms is not allowed.
- Participants must follow the game master's instructions at all times.
4. Game Duration
Each session lasts 60 minutes. The room door will be locked during the game and will open automatically when the time expires or in case of emergency. The venue has permanent video surveillance for the safety of participants.
5. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled or modified at least 3 hours before the scheduled session, by phone or email. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your session for the briefing. Late arrival reduces your available game time.
6. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings will be stored in designated lockers during the game. TheEscapeRoom is not responsible for items left unattended outside the lockers.
7. Video Surveillance
Rooms are monitored by video cameras for participant safety and game management. The game master permanently monitors all sessions.
8. Liability
Participation in the game implies acceptance of the normal physical conditions specific to the activity. Participants with relevant medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before participating. TheEscapeRoom is not liable for accidents caused by failure to comply with the rules.
