What is the minimum age to play?
There is no minimum age, but children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. The game is suitable for any family group.
How many people can play at the same time?
Each room accommodates between 2 and 6 people. Larger groups can book multiple rooms simultaneously.
How long does a game session last?
The game session is 60 minutes. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for the briefing.
What happens if we don't manage to escape?
Nothing bad! Not everyone succeeds — the escape rate is between 26% and 38%. At the end, the game master will explain the solutions and can give you a tour of the room.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled or modified at least 3 hours before the scheduled session. Contact us by phone or email.
Is video or photo recording allowed inside the room?
No — the rooms cannot be filmed or photographed to protect other players' experience. There is video surveillance for your safety.
Can I bring drinks or food?
Food and drinks are not allowed in the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
What happens in an emergency?
The door opens automatically after 60 minutes or at any time in an emergency. There is permanent video surveillance and a game master always available.
